Slate Creek Fly Rod Company believes a simple warranty is the best warranty:

• In the unlikely event your fly rod fails because of defective materials, design or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
• All other repairs will be made at a flat rate of $50.

The Quality Assurance Program will apply to all components to be utilized in the construction of your rod. It is important that all components and craftsman involved in the construction of your fly rod build in quality from the start. It applies to components, craftsmen, and partners.

All Slate Creek representatives are responsible for assuring the quality of their work and of the organization. This responsibility requires clear communication of goals and requirements of the Quality Assurance Program. It also requires that each representative receive appropriate quality-related training.

There is a Slate Creek representative whose main responsibility is developing and implementing the Quality Assurance Program. These responsibilities are independent of other management responsibilities and give our clients a three-deep assurance of quality.

Quality is a critical responsibility at all levels. All Slate Creek representatives have identifiable roles in the Quality Assurance Program.

All Slate Creek representatives are empowered to make a decision on Quality. All representatives of Slate Creek Fly Rod Company who witness or suspect a component flaw, blemish, or faulty workmanship, regardless of how minor, may require the product to be re-built prior to shipping.
